项目名称：屋顶钢结构深化设计改造项目

项目地点：重庆高科“太阳座”项目两江政务（展览）中心

项目内容：屋面板要求采用连续板安装方式，所有纵向、侧向搭接处以及其它固定处应采取严密的防水措施。所有接缝处均需用密封胶密封。屋面板进场后，应按出厂标识分类堆放整齐、方木垫好，严禁扭曲放置或浸泡于水中，屋面板材料堆放不宜超过三层，支点须在同一垂直面内，不得在板上行走，底板、面板卸车时，应注意不得使钢丝绳与板材直接接触，且必须单包卸车。按正确的方法打设自攻钉，安装位置应进行放线控制，确保自攻钉固定于檩条上，实现板与檩条的可靠连接，尽量减少空打，空打造成的孔洞应用密封胶封闭，自攻钉排设整齐。在屋面系统安装中，所有要求涂抹胶的部位都必须涂抹均匀和饱满；所有螺栓、铆钉都必须紧(铆)固牢靠。
