商业钢结构建筑设计需要注意什么

　　现在很多商业项目开发商拿到一块地，首先想到的不是咨询规划公司，而是建筑设计公司。由于政府敦促开发商提交规定，下面的商业钢结构建筑设计就给大家简单介绍一下。

　　1.商场入口方向的设置。

　　进口包括主要进口、次级进口、超市进口等。没有固定的标准，但可以根据项目四条路线的等级和人车流动历史来确定。同时要考虑各种进口和各类进口之间的协同互动，比如超市进口和商场进口是否需要客流共享。

　　因此，在规划建筑设计之前，有必要进行可靠的市场调查。不正确的进口设置肯定会影响消费者的到货率。

　　2.柱网结构设计的输入输出平衡点。

　　柱网结构的选择取决于城市的品位、商业项目的性质、周边的竞争情况以及开发商的开发实力。

　　开发商要建优质商业项目，柱距要大一些，但要相应增加资金投入。

　　目前一般经济结构为8.4m*8.4m，但落至地下室楼层停车时，柱距8.4m只能停放3辆车。想成为高端商场，车位多，要停4辆车，开间1080万。

　　3.商业钢结构建筑的高度和层数。

　　商业钢结构建筑的层高和数量与城市的消费能力密切相关。

　　要做高端商场，层高一定要高。由于层高较高，建筑成本必然上升。楼层多了，建筑面积也会相应增加，但后期运营招商等相关问题也会接踵而至。而层高和层数也要根据市场调整提供合理的数据支撑。
