项目内容：本项目总建筑面积9983.79㎡，地上三层，建筑高度21.15m，结构形式为框架结构。

框架建筑的主要优点：空间分隔灵活，自重轻，节省材料；具有可以较灵活地配合建筑平面布置的优点，利于安排需要较大空间的建筑结构；框架结构的梁、柱构件易于标准化、定型化，便于采用装配整体式结构，以缩短施工工期；采用现浇混凝土框架时，结构的整体性、刚度较好，设计处理好也能达到较好的抗震效果，而且可以把梁或柱浇筑成各种需要的截面形状。
