项目内容：在进行新的办公楼建造的时候，一定要搞清楚原有的结构布置是怎么样的，再选择合理的钢结构和原结构连接位置的连接形式，避免钢结构的荷载破坏了原有的主题结构。另外主次梁的布置要结合阁楼的建筑装修，以及安装的设计，避免或者说减少装修和安装过程中，对于钢结构的二次破坏。

钢结构的安装应该注意，工字钢和槽钢一定要使用同等规格的，而且两者的焊接方式要选择“满焊”，龙骨应该为整钢，切不可实行对接，钢材作为主龙骨。而且槽钢要进行全面刷漆，要先刷靠墙的一面，焊接完成之后再全面进行喷涂。

影响钢结构办公楼的设计检测，还要根据当地的地理位置和气候环境，作出相应的防护处理，安装过程当中要对每一个细节的质量都要进行严格的把控。
